I do agree with you, but the question is not how much would it cost to go to Mars, or anywhere else, but why should we go there. Harvesting ressources ? Is our goal as a species to colonize as much worlds as possible ?
I think we should try to send rovers on Jupiter's moons or Saturn's moon...
What I like in this serie is the focus on small task, such as killing that dragon, blasting that base, etc. No epic space battle between a gazillion spaceships and "hurr durr we've built a bigger laser" nonsense. It has a Western movies feelings.
Maybe George got it right and only planets with similar air composition and gravity as Earth can have life.
I have no clue though, never been to another planet.
What I liked in James Bond movies were these cheesy oneliners, the over the top action, the gadgets, the women, the russians, etc. When they removed that from Craig's movies, it turned into generic movies., and not very good ones.
As a fan of larger dogs (30kg and higher), Beagles allways hold a special place in my mind; they are very fierce, resilient and good hunters. Stories of people losing their beagles in forests because they smelled something are not uncommon.
Fun fact, the guy who wrote the opera music made is so that only 60% could be sung by a human, and would need editing afterward. When the opera singer tried, she could cover over 85% of it.
Great movie !
I drive my car mostly for work and I get to decide when to leave, so I can bypass any traffic jam. I just miss the "kick" you get from doing the manoeuvre yourself.
That one was good. You had to think about which of the two possiblities you took (kill the left or right guy), careful planning, and when you did the small encounters, quick decision if you got a stone of passage. So you had 3 layers of decision. in heist there is no decision : you just click...
So I'm reaching lvl 80 and found the heist mechanic completly uninteresting, or I am missing something ? Go in, click on those chests until you reach max alarm, get the objective of the map and go back ? This isn't a heist. Skyrim lockpicking system is more interesting than that.
I wonder if...
I had a lot of flickering on my asus Rog monitor until I turned g-sync off. Now it's perfect. But why would that happen ? I tried to search around the net but couldn't find anything. I tried to change the displayport cable, didn't do anything.
The lady you posted could not enter in Orsay's museum because of her cleveage. She had to wear a jacket.
If I ever own a museum, that cleveage would be mandatory.
GiS for cleveage
Price of beer/drinks and stuff inside the festival is what I mean when I ask if the price is fair, sorry if that wasn't clear. The entry price is quite high (around 1.6k) and if they charge 10$ for a light bud inside, then it sucks.
I went to Tomorrowland last year and prices for stuff were...
Music was a huge part of my leveling process in any mmo. When I hear Unplugged in New York from Nirvana, I can see myself in Ultima online. Blink 182's Enema of State ? I'm directly teleported in Oasis of Marr, killing crocs and fleeing from sand giants. Muse ? City of Mist. Pennywise's Land of...
went last saturday to try and check it. Damn I'm bad at this, took me half a bilion tries to focus my damn camera, couldn't see shit in the dark and every time I searched something with my torchlight I went blind for half an hour. Plus it was fucking 5°C. And I couldnt find my tripod so I had to...
They lowered the price of Soyuz flights by 30% last week.
This launch is good for Musk, not sure why it's good to USA though, it's not like it's the first time you could do it.
Make the auction house with limited slot, you can expend them buy paying some sweet $$. They all be driving supermodels and fucking ferrari's within a week.
Found the video again, it's in french but has english subtitle if you are interested. What you say is very correct, but one effect you left out is how farming require constant work, and children were working also, carrying heavy weight that could affect their developpment.
Also, the vision of...
I've seen videos explaining how while we were hunter / gatherer, we were taller. Then when we decided to harvest we became shorter over the time, mostly due to the lack of a lot of nutrients in cereals (sorry vegans) We're basically now recovering from this period.
Actual giants, I guess...
