Have you looked at Tesla's? On local market there are a ton, a lot with very high mileage and warrantee (so they seem reliable/worth fixing), and a good bunch with very low miles that have had their depreciation.

Can't trade until you neutral. If some of them are close to neutral faction can improve faction through gifts though. If you get raided, capturing a hurt raider and releasing it at good health and status will also improve faction.
