I prefer Subtle Calamity which I rolled Archer's Tempo/Dragonfly, put a Dragonfly mod on it, and masterworked. Tears up a lot of shit. If you want a kinetic bow I'd go for the black armory Spiteful Fang with Tempo/Rampage.
