On that particular claw you showed earlier? No, it's already fractured, you can't apply a fracturing orb to a fractured item. Much easier to buy a fractured claw from trade.

PoE crafting isn't actually that complex. The majority of them involve factured bases, essence spamming, locking prefix or suffix, benchcraft block, then finish with an aisling slam. The reason people prefer to not participate is because of the amount of expensive RNG and market interaction...
