Whenever I sous vide chicken it comes out mediocre, mostly by the fact that it is a lot tougher than just grilling it. Have you guys had success cooking it with added moisture in the bag? That's the only way it has ever come out decent for me.

Looks good to me. A little liquid smoke and some of that dulse in a nice soup would be fantastic. I doubt it would ever replace the textural role of bacon on something like a burger though.

I had the exact same problem. I'm something like 150 paragon in and still using a 2 hander. Once you complete the Uliana's wielding a 2 hander doesn't feel bad at all though.
