Deadeye lightning arrow can faceroll all the way to t16s easily. You'll struggle trying to do pinnacle bosses and maybe t17s (depending on how nerfed they actually are), but in terms of just clearing the atlas its definitely in the top tier of skills.

They nerfed all the faction skips for truespirit, as in you can't just spam/repeat the same steps for more faction. It also resets your faction entirely upon completing the epic.
