I don't think the winter orb buffs are enough to leaguestart it unfortunately. Even with full ralakesh power charge stacking nonse I struggled to hit 10m dps with it during setllers, so having no items/currency it's gonna be misery even with a ~20% buff. I'll probably try it as my second build tho
