Healing potions have no cooldown and are trivial to craft hundreds of, so their combat/healing system in general needs a lot of work. The healing aura was pretty egregious, but just the most obvious problem out of a host of other system problems really.

Yep, just shut off your server when you log off until there's a patch. Pal AI completely fails/turns off when no one is logged in to the world, or if you get too far away from your base.

Your base will also take damage during raids or hostile pokemon wander near. Your own pokemon don't *usually* damage your base when fighting, but on more than one occasion I've had that just fail? or not be the case anyway, and my own guys blew huge chunks of my walls up etc trying to get at...

150 bars isn't even a tiny dent in the ore you need in the mid-lategame. Everyone has found the church, plus several more ore fields like it, and the shortage is still absurd. It's 10 ore bars per pokeball craft currently to even have a chance to catch anything in my level range.

The shortage of ore/bars getting in to the level 30ish range is fucking brutal. Even just keeping a stock of bullets/pokeballs is a nightmarish fulltime job just getting all the ore you need.

The craziest part about this show is it's the old Adult Swim animation studio from the like 2006-2012 era or so - they did Superjail, Venture Bros, Metalocalypse, etc. It's insane the leap from that kind of stuff to this level of full production animation.
