I guess that makes sense, but my surprise comes from the fact Pluto is really tiny and that goes to show that, on Earth, for all our oceans, seas, lakes, clouds, rivers, ice caps and aquifers... there is not that much water.
From the above-linked article:
I'll let you check my math but... doesn't that mean there is more water on Pluto than there is on Earth? Earth's water volume is about 1.4 * 10^9 km^3 and with a 300km ice crust on Pluto, even if the top most layer is nitrogen, that's something south of 4 * 10^9...
Is it unfair to say that Green's scoring statistics come from the fact he is the third offensive fiddle in the Warriors, so he is not top priority for the defenses he faces? Something that would change tremendously would he be the main guy in a team (like Westbrook in OKC).
It's the 5th/6th referee that is supposed to look at the keeper and with goal line technology it's the only thing he has to do during a penalty kick... maybe the guy called for the very very generous penalty in the first place and felt guilty? Or maybe these guys are just being paid to do nothing...
Hah! A fun match! Some nice goals, some drama, yep: that Spain vs Croatia game almost had it all. Nice to see Croatia able to play well even without Modric.
20 min? Ok... all games are shit if the player decides to not take part.
"Got around to playing Tetris. What...the...fuck. How is this considered a fucking game? 2 minutes of moving falling blocks, pilling them up and then it was game over. How the fuck is this game considered one of the best...
Looking at the other side of the coin, the Warriors is the first team in NBA history to lose a final after leading it 3-1. I wonder what kind of impact it will have on the team.
As far as I am concerned, all jerseys should be like that. That way, you can't be stopped when someone pulls your jersey and it's difficult to not call a penalty when the defender has a third of the attacker's jersey in his fist!
Strange competition for the time being... I am not sure if it's because only 8 of the 24 teams are eliminated in group phase, but not many matches have been entertaining and even less teams have been impressive. I liked what I saw of Croatia, but mostly because of Modric who got injured in the...
Twice James has Stef' "3 fouls" Curry on him and he passes instead of attacking... I am like "wtf?" but twice J.R. Smith scores a 3 points basket out of the pass...
The rights to a Metroid movie were sold years ago to John Woo's production company. Now maybe it was an option or a limited time deal thing or whatever, but it's possible that Nintendo, with or without Disney, can't do a Metroid movie without Woo's production company.
So.... I missed this quarter. What happened? The Warriors team got stuck in traffic so they played the first quarter with Warriors fans picked in the public?
I understand that. My problem is the scene with the Lord of Riverrun about to get his throat sliced in front of the castle and no one caring about it. In that scene, it sounds like Edmure has no say on what is going on when in fact he has. I understand that the Fray guys are supposed to be...
I enjoyed the "tell a joke" scene. It both showed how Tyrion was afraid to feel very lonely without Varys and allowed two characters with a perma-frown to smile and who does not like a smiling Nathalie Emmanuel?
In the disappointment column, I am not sure I like the character design of the boy in The Last Guardian and it's a bit of a shame that there was no indie montage/panel as there was last year.
I thought for a while that it was a different character altogether, so like a reboot of the serie with another mythological set, but then in the fight against the troll he used an ability called "spartan rage"... Still... the Omega in the title is now a hand drawn circle, so I am confused.
Going without transition from Edmure being a poor sap that the Blackfish would let die without anyone raising an eyebrow to him being the guy everyone obeys no matter what did not sound very natural to me...
Also, a man does not care for his disciples very much...
