That's the Marvel app, which I downloaded and then purchased the Thanos Quest stuff on. But he was talking about a comixology app (which I found, but had trouble registering an account for) that allows you to view cell by cell, which would be neat. Marvel app seems to only view page by page.

How does the comixology app work? Do you purchase the comics through those people somehow? Or does it work with stuff you've purchased/downloaded from Marvel themselves?

They should have just moved the adventure epics to the dungeons in this patch. Adventures are way too easy to be getting great epics from, and dungeons are legit challenging. Something like dungeons dropping 50/50 blues/epics would probably work, get you 2-3 epics per run from a dungeon silver/gold.

You must mean across different servers? Because you can most certainly mail anything you want (unbound) to your alts on the same faction. If you mean cross-server... that's a rare functionality.
