Yea you can't do 4+ skull missions until you hit liked with that faction. Go to some 2-3 skull planets and grind out a couple max rep missions should fix it.

Most Federated Suns and Draconis missions involve blowing up Taurian shit, so its possible your rep is hugely negative if you've been grinding a lot of those yea.

How is mech salvage determined? Do you always just get the 1/3rd of a chassis as a salvage item, or is it random how much you can take?
