Ok, can you tell/show me how it works? I was trying it out yesterday on Hierophant Indigon PP build. I had Phantasm and Arcane Surge linked to frenzy, made sure frenzy was both hitting and killing stuff, never got a buff. I even made sure it wasn't invisible, my stats weren't changing.

Anyone know if they "fixed" the interaction between Phantasms on Kill and Arcane Surge Support?

First time trying these bosses? I would suggest a non melee character and/or one that is not completely dependent on dps to sustain. Those two issues will severely hamper your ability to get better at the fight. A trap build made a world of difference for me. Which guardians did you have...

I'd rather kill Uber Elder than farm A9 quarry temples. I mean, that IS what I ended up doing. As frustrating(and expensive) as it can be to learn new encounters in this game, that type of grind is even worse. It's like farming up an Oni-Goroshi. How long is going to take? 2 hours? 6 hours...

If I understood ZiggyD correctly, while a flame is on a target, it hits 10 times per second. So more flames improves flame uptime on a single target. You're likely right that you won't hit that limit though.

Sure, I'm curious. You were using conc effect fire trap to clear? Seems kinda annoying. I watched ZiggyD's video on flamethrower trap. He said it has a limit of 10 hits/s on any single target. So, I guess extra flames improves the uptime on that 10 hits/s? Did you try it on Uber Elder yet...

I'm not following you. Which flamethrower helm enchant helps flame trap? Also, I have no idea how to quantify flamethrower trap dps. Malachai's Awakening still might be better than +2 helms.

Shaper down deathless first try on my arc trapper. Nothing to brag about, but I thought the comparison was interesting since my arc/ball lightning character failed in the 3rd phase. Not sure what conclusions to draw from that. I was using fire trap for single target...not sure it's that good...

I'm not sold on Lightning Spire trap. On bosses that move around and/or are skinny, I have no idea how to quantify the real dps of the skill.

Interesting. I'm considering getting an elder ring with warlord's mark on hit so I can have endurance charges while mapping. Not sure if that's worth overwriting my CWDT enfeeble though.

So, I know things like leech and "your attacks" don't work with traps. What about "on Hit"? Rings look pretty boring for trappers, trying to see if a shaper or elder ring would be an improvement.

Even if a debugger is not an option, old school print statement should still suffice. That he's throwing his hands up in the air and saying is too hard should be a warning sign.
