SRRK crazy moves the last 2 days. Great catalyst and massive short squeeze late this afternoon.

I saw the false halt happening on the Level 2 and pulled the ripcord for a quick exit. It flushed down right after. Perfect trade.

Best day of day trading yet. Been at this for a month or so now. (12 active trading days has netted me about 19% return - Two red days, Ten green ones) Today's prize:

SPI ended up 3400% breaking just over 40 per share. Absolutely insane. I had a 2k share order at 17.80 but sold waaaay too early.

I am sure it will surge with momentum. Like most anticipated IPOs lately. This is just momentum day traders hoping for a quick profit. Unless you can get in right out the gate, I suggest letting the dust settle a while before buying in.

I don't read this as a bounce, but a drag on the company. Without any kind of gov bailout, being forced to keep employees on payroll is a massive cost to the airlines while they are at a fraction of previous service demand. Layoffs would reduce the cash burn and help the airlines keep afloat...

AAL just announced staff cuts and doesn’t expect normalization of air travel for years. That jump in travel stocks yesterday might start feeling the heat again. (For the countless time again in months)

Likely another short squeeze.

I sold Feb 11th into bonds and have made about +10% YTD. I have taken a few swing trades along the way, but now sat in 70% cash, 30% bonds. I have no clue where to put the money now. Markets at near ATH, when the fundamentals make the markets more expensive than pre-covid levels? All the while...

It topped $60 after hitting halts like 5 or 6x on the way up. If you look however many pages back, I posted my KODK gains. Bought at around $26 and patted myself on the back for selling at $32... only to watch it halt a few more times on the way up. Either way, it was a fun and very profitable...

DAL annoys me. I lost some money over a couple day swing trade and sold at $25.65 ... then today happens. These airline stocks have been moving all of their own, and many occasions the polar opposite of the broader market. I truly have no clue what is moving them these days.

I've got a couple friends that work for Goldman Sachs here in London. One massive downside is the rules and regulations forbidding them to hold any stocks for a period of less than 30 days or short stocks. That kind of bites with this current volatility market. So many missed opportunities.

I am going to guess opportunity cost. Why sit on a loser waiting to make back your losses when the markets have other money making opportunities right now.
