Airlines getting hammered today after the UK issued mandatory quarantine on travelers arriving from Spain. Further quarantines on travel will hurt the industry going forward.
My Land Rover is notorious for presenting strange electrical gremlins right before the battery dies. Might start just fine, but throw random engine codes, light and or wiper issues etc.
Maybe throw a battery in from another car to test?

NFLX reported earnings. Missed by a fair bit in EPS. ($1.59 vs. $1.81 expected)
Down nearly 10% in after hours.
**Just a personal thought on Netflix. It will be interesting how Covid will affect 2021. Many productions are on pause for the foreseeable future. Maybe it will hit earnings when...
Just as an FYI, my 401k is managed by Fidelity. I use their Active Trader Pro software on my desktop. Before active trading, you can go into your usual generic 401k and open what they call a "Brokeragelink" account. You can then actively trade (including options) with your 401k portfolio. No...
Of course, but I am referring to the massive broader market volatility with this earnings season. Not specific to SHLL or SPAQ
SHLL hovering at $23 right now. You'd still buy with 15 mins to market close if you hit your limit price?

I had quite a few DAL shares on an order this morning at $25.30 ps. Chickened out of the execute button. It's currently $27.20. That's nearly 7% missed on a day trade.
Can't complain though, as I have made 5 figures doing the same over the last month.
Long term, I also see the airlines as win...
I’m on my second Discovery 4 (LR4). First was a 2013 that I owned for 5 years in the Middle East and beat the piss out of it. Dune bashing, you name it. Nothing more than consumable parts replaced. It was an absolute gem.
Now I’ve moved to the UK and bought a top spec 2016 Discovery 4 HSE/LUX...
This is true, but lending requirements have tightened up since covid. I think they will be happy with what they can get. It's a buyer's market out there, on top of the fact he's interested in their least selling model, the Discovery.
I would negotiate harder. They are all feeling the pinch with the lack of covid sales. Worst they say is no. You're on the right track with a nationwide hunt!
I think the investment windows are the key question. Tech is massively overbought. Amazon (AMZN) trading at a PE of 130? It's had a lot of stay-at-home sales, but will likely taper off once everything dies down with coronavirus. A solidly managed airline like Delta (DAL)? Trading at a PE of 5...
I think Q2 earnings and Q3 projections will spook a lot of investors. We are merely a week away from the beginning of earnings season. As much as I want to buy dips today, I think we are in for better value buys come July.

Trading call options has potential unlimited losses. People really shouldn't fuck around with options unless they really know WTF they are doing.
Jumping into options trading during these highly volatile markets can make or break the bank. Probably not the best time to tread into the waters to...
Problem with that logic is always you would have always taken profits a long time ago. I had FB at $28 per , sold at 40% profit.. then again at $90 and sold for another 30% profit.. it’s worth $236 today. I doubt many would have held for the whole duration.
