Blizzard is generally too slow to patch stuff, but when they do they tend to change too many things at once with not enough testing. Take D'va, they implemented 3 changes at once...reworked how defense matrix works, reduce the timer from 4 to 3 on her ultimate explosion, and made her immune...

Yeah there is some really weird stuff going with how much rank XP you earn or lose. Anyone know if you get a bonus for winning streaks similar to how Hearthstone does it after 3 wins you get more stars. The problem with Ana right now, and probably for the next few days is that people don't know how to play her, or play with her on your team. She's not an easy character to play. She has one of the highest skill cap in the game. The first issue is people are not used to having a 2 healers...

I read about 1/2 to 2/3 of the first book before I stopped. I didn't find the story or characters compelling at all. I find most of the books recommended here to be good, this one just didn't hit the mark for me.

I think they need to be far more severe on leavers right away. Right now I think you can leave a few times before you get any penalty beyond a loss. They need to have a ban right away on the first leave...like play 1 hour of Quick Play before you can join a Competitive game again and 2...

Ana is my favorite hero right now, her gameplay is just plain enjoyable. I hope they push the PTR to live soon, since I haven't played live since PTR opened, the 1 hero limit is so great.

The July 21st announcement seems to have been about Ana, which was announced earlier evidently.

I think there are many ways to introduce a stealth hero that would be fun and interesting, there are just as many ways to do it that would just be frustrating.

Looks like there isn't a lot of people on the PTR today, I'm ranked 45 on the PTR....and today I was put in groups or against groups that ranged from 55-79. I feel so out of place.

Leaver doesn't seem to affect rank xp now to be honest, or not much...I got anywhere from about 20% to a 100% rank for wins when there is a leaver, and 60% in the 2 games I was on the losing team, which seems to be about normal rank xp. I haven't really compiled to see if the games had underdogs...

Ok, I can confirm that they did something with the leaver penalty. I only have 1 game with leavers so far today...the leaver(2 of them) were on the other team so it was 6 vs 4 for my team and we won. I got about 20% of a rank, which seems to be about half of normal and about 4 times what it...

The one thing I applaud Disney for doing with the new Star Wars movies is going back to practical sets and effects rather than green screen and CGI fest.

Oh very minor thing, but it bugged the hell out of me on live...but they fixed the Rank xp bar, it's always the same scale now...no more zoom in and out making it difficult sometimes to see your progress. They also added markers at every 20%.

Yeah I had the same experience, it's kinda weird.
