I don't think it'll be enough, honestly. They're going to need some turnovers or something from their D, and really have some longer sustained drives to rest their D a little.
Giants offense doing nothing to rest their D. I feel like Elliott just runs all over them in 2nd half. Just have to pray they keep him out of the end zone. This game looks over already.
Didn't exactly light it up against them last year. I mainly would just like him to be kept out of the end zone. Think he averaged less than 80 yards with 1 total TD in the 2 games last year? 1 catch for 1 yard too? I mean if they can hold him to 80 yards and no TD's, that will do just fine...
I'm so screwed in fantasy. Sat Hilton for Decker with Tolzien starting. I'm up 20 points still but guy I'm going against has Adams going for Packers right now, Zeke tonight, and Thielen tomorrow night along with Saints' kicker. All I have left is Michael Thomas who would need to go ham...
Might want to just put pressure on but not actually get to him. That's when he throws the picks. If he just takes the sack in the red zone we would have been up 20-19 there in the 4th and whole game might be different.
We're the Skins bro. Didn't deserve to win today anyways. Just expect that.
Although if I'm being honest...I really have no idea how that stood as a fumble. Oh well. Cousins' pick in the red zone 2 drives before when it was 19-17 defining play of the game.
In that comparison, it would have missed all the key important buildings that would eventually find each other, team up, and destroy Irma and Jose at a later point once they've upgraded.
People sleeping on Atlanta continuing to be good this year? Not that I'm sold either way yet, but seems like people either expect SB hangover or another good year from them with not much middle ground.
Less experienced "average" players. I'd say the secondary was a little below average last year, tbh. But maybe an infusion of youth will help.
Also isn't the O line down 2 starters from last year? Although if you listen to Dallas the backup replacing in one spot is just as good/if not...
This actually makes complete sense long run. Speaking purely for this year, it sucks for my team and damn sure in my fantasy league where dude grabbed David Johnson with #1 overall pick and Zeke/Kareem Hunt with picks 20 and 21.
HOnestly, if Smith can get protection like this and play this well...Hill and Hunt could give them the big play ability to actually score and keep up with teams like the Pats. Before the game, if you had said Pats would be up 17-7 in 1st half, I never would have thought KC could score with them...
I'm laughing about it for this week with guy I'm playing having him on the bench with Elliott starting...but he has David Johnson too. His team going to be ridiculous once Zeke's suspension is up, and it won't be hurting at all with Johnson and Hunt until then.
So my opponent who got to sub in Zeke...has Kareem Hunt on the bench. Early fumble not so good, but that TD will work. He also has Pats' D. I hope Hunt scores 30 points tonight. I will laugh with glee.
No not insane at all, I'm not buying that it was just the tweet. As you say, he's a distraction because fans and media can't let it go, even if he stands for the anthem this year like he said he would (although with others continuing the protest, I'm skeptical). That's the main reason though...
