Same thing happened to me.

I've been running Shadowheart, Astarion, and I'll swap the last based on whether I think they're involved in the story. That may change based upon how the game pans out. Did manage to fix the issue. Just had to restart the game.

So ran into my first game breaking bug.

Yeah, it's really restrictive for some reason. They modeled a lot of the dungeons and terrain and it's nice to finally be able to look up at things. Only issue is it gets a little wonky where panning to look to far up clips part of your vision into the ground. It's still better than nothing...

There's a mod for a first person WASD movement like dragon age. I'm trying using the NativeMods camera tweaks so I can pivot the camera up. Made exploring the gauntlet last night so much better. Haven't done the other mod, but it's supposed to work great in conjunction with the camera tweaks deal.

That hasn't happened to me, but Wyll has an exclamation mark, and when you talk to him, there's nothing important. Wonder if they're somehow related. I've noticed a few times where dialogue options or openings have reset with NPCs for some reason, even though I'm progressing the game...

About what time do you think they patched and was it small? I had restarted the game earlier this evening around 5, and I wonder if when I did steam went ahead and automatically updated. That's the case I think I'll probably lose quite a bit of progress.

Yeah, it would be great to just have one more party member. I know you can just go hit camp and swap out, but like @Vorph said, it's hideous. I think there's a mod out already that increases party size, but I'm hesitant to try it. No clue if it'll create any major bugs or something...

Thanks, I'll have to check it out. It's annoying trying to figure out items to interact with sometimes. I just got a mod tonight to fix the camera. When I was in the underdark yesterday evening, the camera became a royal pain in the ass. Couldn't pivot and easily target mobs on platforms...

That is pretty weird. You'd think there would be a racial interaction option.

Yeah, I just knocked that out this evening, and am level 6 now. It's definitely worth exploring that area before progressing to act 2 via the pass.

Yeah, I normally don't replay these games because they take so much time, but I already fired up a second campaign doing dark urge Paladin, and finished the tutorial. Probably flip flop back and forth as I finish acts. It really is a fun game.

Well that blows. My guys doing all right, but upgrades and gear progression just seem to be so limited. I can see why that pair of gloves though would be towards the end of the game because they're pretty awesome, but what the hell is the point of having them if you can't have fun with them.

Fuck me, I have to find those for my guy. Loot for my monk has been pretty sparse. I finally got a robe that isn't too bad the last night, and the only other thing I found is staffs, and an occasional odd amulet. Was really hoping that maybe an act 2 I'll start finding more monk specific gear.
