If you got calibrated at 500 MMR, I think I'd start a new account, that's pretty fucked. I was totally new to the game in 2013, never played it before, and I got calibrated to around 3400. Since then I've been as high as 3700 and as low as 2500 and I'm around 3300 again right now.
