DoD is a lot like what you described (at least where I am). We just started to use SCRUM on the development side and , personally, I like the process better than waterfall.

All the items in Tanaan require level 100 to loot now i think. Flew my 94 hunter out there and the few items I saw required it.

Really digging balance.The removal of the whole lunar/solar cycle crap makes it pretty enjoyable.

Yeah you'd have to make the frame/items. Might still be cheaper rushing it with plat, can't remember the cost to rush a frame piece though.

Just be sure to buy stuff out of the trade channel not off the market. Find out whats some of the good mods are and buy those.
