If it was a Microsoft Studios game I am sure it would have been an Xbox One exclusive, but since it's an EA game, I doubt Microsoft was willing to pay what EA would have asked for Xbox One exclusivity.

As it is multiplayer only, X360 owners might prefer to get it on 360 rather than upgrade to a One.... unless there is cross gen play allowing you to upgrade without risking to lose your Xbros.
