Well this season leader board is already hosed. There's an exploit or creative use of game mechanics that let you clear 150 GR using the pandemonium buff. Eggman has already done it with the barb, monk, WD and necro so far.

Finally able to do sub 2.5-3 min GR90 runs on my monk with the PoJ build with 800ish paragons. I still have to augment all my gear and missing a few ancient pieces. Really enjoying this season especially with the pandemonium buffs.

Gonna start off as a barb (like everyone else) then farm shards with him to gear my monk.

No you pay for the base game and expansions like we did for D3. Definetly wont be on mobile. They have Diablo Immortal for that. I seriously doubt if you have to pay for boss content. The only thing we may have to pay for is MTX like mounts and probably for characters.

The demo is probably a pre-alpha build. I'm sure alot of work still needs to be done. Take for example the skill tree looks like a skill twig. It really needs to be more fleshed out. The demo was just barebones. I may be in the minoriry but I'm very excited and can't wait until it's released...
