They don't have to spell everything out and overstate everything, this isn't network TV. The fact that not having her military adviser led to her putting herself into a bad situation is subtext the viewer can figure out themselves.
It makes plenty of sense for the unsullied to suck. Their strength in battle came from the fact that they didn't view themselves as human beings and were fearless instruments of war. They've have no great military leader to teach them how to be soldiers since.
Yeah but it's consistent with how they're portrayed all the Dany scenes so far in the show.
"There's times when I look at you and can't believe you're real." She's supposed to be a larger than life character.
Dany could die and I wouldn't give a shit.
Dany's purpose, for me, is to deliver some dragons for more interesting characters to ride/warg into battle against ice zombies/others/ice dragons.
If Jon is dead dead I'm out.
Wizard and Glass was definitely the bestwrittenof the series. Like, by a mile. He was channeling the best of classic New England romantic era fiction, and did it masterfully.
After playing EW I'm really excited for this. The original base game was so short and unsatisfying, that I didn't bother to keep up with the additions in the expac.
I like the Windows 8.1 start screen menu. It took me a few months of forcing myself but it's very handy. I still boot to desktop obviously, but when I click start/hit windows key, the new one is not bad if set up properly.
