I love Legos and a have a few big sets on display but you just really turned on the 'member berries.
My grandma had these at her house (not this exact set) but enough that we were able to reverse engineer that giant robot. good times
I also rented a server through GPortal. Worked fine for our playgroup. Drop in, drop out. We all stopped playing in May or so I think but we might all start again sometime.
When you rent a server, you also get FTP access so you can download your shared world and transfer it if you need to...
Might come down to which one does better in China. Looks like Avatar got a Chinese re-release last year and it's done pretty well for itself, while the last MCU movie to get released there was Avengers: Endgame.
Yeah I heard about the Denuvo thing as well. If there's one thing that will actively make me got out and seek the game on the high seas as opposed to paying for it, it's that.
Long story short, they bit off way more than they could chew and when the reality of things began to set in, they doubled down and said "fuck, we are the ones who made Witcher 3, we can do anything!"
Kind of depends on what kind and how many you need. If you don't care about push-fit monopose models, you can get Assault Intercessors on Ebay dirt cheap since they appeared in the Indomitus box set as well as 40k Recruit Edition and the new Fire Team game at Barnes and Noble. A few of the...
- Zombies!
- A metric fuckton of plastic minis
- Did I mention zombies? Same reason COD and every other shooter seem to get a zombie mode.
That said, none of them appeal to me either except Black Plague, so you aren't alone.
I don't get it either but apparently there's something Zen about hopping on your computer and simulating mowing your lawn, powerwashing your house, or driving a train.
From what I understand, there's a variety of builds that do cool shit, and build diversity just got opened up a little since you don't have to beat a timer on expeditions to get rewards anymore. Before, you had to run one of 3 specific DPS builds and one class was utterly useless.
Legendary...
Finally got around to starting this a couple days ago. Good game for the $20 I paid for it. It certainly wasn't worth the $60 at launch. Story and writing has its high points and low points but there's been a couple interesting twists. Gameplay is fun. I'm still working through the story...
I'm an Army Painter guy for paints but I've heard Vallejo is very similar in quality. Citadel isn't bad but I prefer to not pay 2x as much for smaller pots of paint. Army Painter also has their Speedpaint line coming out in February to compete with the Citadel contrast paints which is a pretty...
The existence of the John Wick franchise was pretty much the final nail in the coffin for me. Why would I watch this when I can see Keanu in a far superior modern movie?
No discussion of this series is complete without the clip of Lt Spiers. You could spend an hour deconstructing everything this clip had to teach about leadership.
Last weekend in a nutshell:
Pretty sure I'm burnt out enough right now that no amount of power creep is lure me back in, at least not for opening weekend.
Look at it this way as well. If the genders were reversed, and some guy pursued a woman like she did to TJT, that's grounds for firing, all sorts of charges, news stories, and probably a Lifetime movie.
I'd go just basic black, maybe add a little gray edge highlighting to make it pop, and then brush on some gloss varnish after you do the matte coat on everything.
