2022-23 NFL Season : Herbert's march to Glendale

Elijah Mitchell is a mediocre talent that Shanahan made look like a star just like Mostert was. We haven't seen Shanahan's offense with a real elite running back in it, especially one that catches the ball as well as McCaffrey.

2022-23 NFL Season : Herbert's march to Glendale

There's such a thing as a nagging injury, but I think it's a bitch ass reaction to your team picking up one of the best players in the league to go "Oh no now he's going to get injured, woe is me". @Daezuel 's crybaby attitude is infecting this whole thread. It's really just next year...

2022-23 NFL Season : Herbert's march to Glendale

"Injury Prone" and "Cursed Team" are both superstitious bullshit. I know sports fans love that shit, but you can't make decisions that way. Everyone in the NFL gets injured. Remember that Frank Gore was considered "injury prone" coming out of college and he played until he was 37 and then...

2022-23 NFL Season : Herbert's march to Glendale

Wow. I guess 49ers fans don't need to watch the draft next year. That said, McCaffrey is going to be a hell of a fun toy for Kyle Shanahan until he gets injured. With Kittle, Deebo, Aiyuk, and McCaffrey and Juszczyk coming out of the backfield Jimmy should be able to find someone to throw to.

You can pay more for more screens. My sister is pretty free with her account and there's been times when I've tried to watch and it said the maximum number of screens were already in use.

Still seems like a good deal to me. Now I can give my sister $24 a year and have Netflix just like it was my own account.

Also he has lots of good stories about famous musicians. The dude has made $250 million dollars on the creative side of the music business without ever singing a song or playing an instrument on a record. Pretty unique life he has.

The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM (2022)

I disagree. There was of course always some of this, but in my lifetime it went to another level with Rush Limbaugh. I was a big fan of him in the early to mid 90s. I used to love driving the tractor around picking up hay bales and listening to his whole show on the radio. He was funny and...

The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM (2022)

Being on the internet destroys any semblance of a nuanced view on anything. People like Dave Rubin, Candace Owens, Steven Crowder, and Ben Shapiro are all capable of nuance (not actually sure about this in the case of Candace), but they don't do it anymore because the internet punishes critical...

I've been seeing a physical therapist lately from Louisiana and he and his girlfriend have a lot of opinions about gumbo. They said it's not right if it's got tomatoes in it. Either that's cajun and they like creole or the other way around.

They probably can't afford him and I don't think Shanahan and Lynch believe in paying running backs but McCaffrey on the 49ers would be amazing.

It was always an option to have an antenna and not pay but as I recall cable/satellite TV was wildly popular for decades. I kind of like the options being "free with lots of ads, cheap with less ads, or more expensive with no ads." Not sure if anyone is offering all three though.

Every car has an odometer in it. Easy enough to just get that reading when you register and tax you on the miles you drove if that's what they really want to do.

Alton Brown and Good Eats literally taught me how to cook. There's maybe a couple of others that that maybe could have done the same but for shows that actually teach you the hows and whys there's nothing that can touch Good Eats.

Right now on Android all you have to do is hold the power button and a "lockdown" option comes up that will make it require a password to open. Also if the phone has been shut down you can't unlock it the first time with the fingerprint reader.

I can't believe people are willing to watch ads for $5 a month. Watching network shows go to commercial and then just come back instantly because I payed an extra $3 is so wonderful. It would be a good deal at twice the price.

It's probably the inrush current charging your motor capacitor when it's fully drained. Once it's charged up then you can turn it on and off without as much of a spike. If it's a big saw you can probably safely put a 30 amp breaker on it or better yet rewire it for 240 volts and put a big...

All kinds of electrical grid upgrades are being built as we speak. For the vast majority of people who drive to commute an ev is already better than a gas car. It's more than enough range to get to work and back and it charges in the garage while you sleep so you leave with a full tank every...

A boat is one thing you can pull with a smaller truck because they don't weigh anything. A 16 foot bass boat on a trailer is probably under 3000 lbs. When I say a heavy trailer I'm talking about 10-15000 lb load on a trailer that weighs 5-6000 lbs itself.
  35. BrutulTM

    Car ?'s

I don't know but I can tell you that my F-350 with a heavy trailer on doesn't go that much more than 100 miles between fill ups. You can probably get 200 miles if you don't mind coming in on fumes.

But the point is, so far there's no electric option on ¾ or 1 ton pickups and I'm guessing there won't be until the towing issue is resolved. The Cybertruck has been hyped as a "real" truck so it will be interesting to see how it does towing.
  38. BrutulTM

    Car ?'s

It's not useful for pulling a trailer for camping unless you can charge very close to your destination. On the other hand, I bet if you asked F-150 owners how many times a year they pull a trailer more than 50 miles the most popular answer would be zero.
