You can kill Noel around level 3 pretty easy. Just have to be smart where you engage him. In the tower is a bit of a cluster. But one of the stair landings worked for me. Or outside the inn.

For necro/sk there is a quest in their building for a smallish bag with some skelly parts too. Otherwise starting with the survival boost is pretty good for their bag. It seems to be the most generally handy, unless you are gonna hop right into a different trade skill.

It’s wizards. Spellblade is a self proc that grants an insta cast at 5. They get the aura for +magic dmg tho.

I’m not sure on that actually. I don’t believe they’ll be a wipe til ea. but could be wrong. The alpha/ and presumably beta servers are separate from the ones they bring up for the open tests though. Not sure if beta will use relle, knives, etc

I wouldn’t do throwing unless you want to rp with throwing daggers. If I’m remembering the minors right, the arrows are handy, but otherwise I’d probably take defense or something that’s gonna be harder to get skill ups.

Skimmed through the massive blue post for classes/specs that i give a shit about. Seems like they've done a ton of pruning overall. RTB for outlaw got redesigned which should help a bit, but it still seems a bit wacky with stacking between the eyes buffs and cooldown resets.

Turning the them into mono colored rune spammers was such a bummer at the time. Might have see what changed for them. Going back to wow is basically a no chance situation. But I’m curious. Wowhead has summaries I imagine.
