Just finished this. German Cold War era Dark Comedy on Netflix. The plot is completely nonsensical but it's got some interesting characters and decent acting. I would rate this a 4/5 on the "I'm bored and not sure what to watch, let's kill some time" scale. Not worth going out of your way, but...
