great for leveling, but they should have changed that unique's damage mod to be flat damage like they did with all the normal items. looks like that got missed. The higher tiers of flat damage should be better.

They're all viable through endgame. It is unknown which classes can push the furthest into high corruptions, because they changed that whole system. Regardless, you truly can play whatever you think looks cool and it will take you to lvl 100 monoliths.
