There will always be an HP gap, as Imperials get a 'gain HP on swing' passive.

'Just one attack' is a fucking ENORMOUS difference in HP from a racial bonus, and extremely relevant in PVP. Not to mention, afaik the Orc run speed racial only affects sprinting speed. But ya, khajit are probably preferable for DPSers and Orc for homos.
