It's because it's an OTC penny stock. Fidelity limits certain OTC's if they don't meet certain requirements. Probably for the best if thats the case.

Only thing keeping AMC alive is the after hours believe it or not. Its done this several days in a row where it shoots up 25-50% and slowly bleeds out its gain throughout the day

That'll depend on their target. The target is the difference between a spac jumping from 11 to 15 or from 11 to 25+

There's supposed to be an announcement this quarter, so selling right now is selling at your own risk to miss the announcement IMO

FYI for full disclosure I've now sold all my meme stocks. Most for a profit, some for a slight loss. The only one I'm keeping because it got inadvertently pulled in to the meme game is SNDL

I sold my THCB in early hours for 24, dipped to 22 already. It'll go up and down through out the day and I feel it'll trade along with the other big EV plays like NGA/RMO/STPK/CCII etc

For point #5, spacs have 2 years to find a company to buy, after they they dissolve the company and give you your 10$ back. The good spacs usually don't make it past a year before they have the first announcement/rumor
