BTWN, BFT, and GHIV all up almost 10% premarket. I think these all have too much hype too close to their mergers to think there'll be a dip before mergers in late january. Still holding all 3.

Yeah it's a bit higher than some of the more established ETFS like SPY, but if they keep the same growth it's still worth the extra expense. Can always bail when the growth tapers off.

so ARKG came up on my radar, they're an ETF that specializes in genome technology, research, etc. They're up about 200% YTD and genome technology is being hyped as the next FANG. I'll be throwing some money in today or selling some puts depending on the premiums.

So this works out for several reasons: 1. Interest rates are at historic lows and will be for awhile. It'd be one thing if we were talking about mortgages at 5-6% but I got my last two mortgages at 3.75% and after one year refinanced my current one down to 2.75%. At that point there's no reason...

I'm not a fan of 20% down, keeping 10% or more of the houses value in index funds should easily eclipse what you pay in PMI

Its hasn't had any large downward movement yet, so you might be able to get away with setting a trailing stop loss at 10%. Everything is out the window on that if it goes parabolic though.

BFT snuck into the race, up 6% along with GHIV. The DM I bought yesterday is down about 10% though. GHIV also has a lot of option volume too and the premiums look good too

Setting up automatically to sell at 15 is just a regular limit order. If it goes over 15 dollars and you set it as a "stop limit" for 15, if it continues to go up, you don't sell and can get more profit, but if it goes back down to 15, it will sell automatically for 15

I read most Spacs/mergers don't make it to 20$. How true that is I have no idea as it didn't have any data to back it up. I'd say if you can get in early at 10-12 and sell at 15 when it spikes on merger news, its still a good pay out. I wouldn't expect the LAZR/MP's to be the norm.

Hey @Sanrith Descartes check out the puts for ICLN, really good premiums even if you stay out of the money. I got the Jan 15 27$ strike at 1.70 a share, and the 26$ strike is 1.00, so still 1% gain per week assuming it stays flat for a whole month.
