I just take a priest and spam shadowbolt (shoots forward only, but can hit a couple targets if they're within range) while dropping heals on the king or whatever else needs it. NPCs on my side typically manage to live and then gang up on everything in the end.

They should open up that crypt outside of Karazhan with the upside-down sinners area. Easily one of the best secrets from vanilla.

There's some unique loot in Karazhan, wonder if we need to get the horse before that patch. I'm glad I at least managed to get the Wolfslayer rifle. Despair is cool looking with an enchant (the hollow spot fills in with a glow), but that was always super common.

If you have any Garrisons where you haven't even started the Pet hut, the first quest they give you is simple as hell and rewards you a stone that can level a pet to 25 instantly. That's a quick option.
