Doing cold dot last season I was relying hard on damage over time multi notables from cluster jewels. I expect to have to do the equivalent with Reap or Exsanguinate. There's just not a lot of that stat found on the passive tree.

Just stack half a dozen cluster jewels with Blood Artist and Phlebotomist np np.
