That’s how I felt when I was 13 playing EQ and thus never got super into Morrowind. I played through it last year with a bunch of graphics mods etc. and felt it was much more like reading a good book with deeper lore compared to EQ/WoW which was more like daydreaming up my own...

I feel like this would definitely be doable today based on my experience from last year, just took a few hours installing mods as usual but there are good mod lists online these days
