MS' current scheme is that you sell it to Gamestop, etc., and they pay the used fee, rather than the original theoretical of you give the disc to your buddy and he pays it. Either way, there's a fee, it's just whether it is baked into the resell price.

I'm not saying half the 360 audience will migrate to the 720 this Christmas. I do think the people most likely to buy XBLA/PSN titles are heavily weighted towards being early adopters. Half is an exaggeration. It probably isn't that much of one though.
