This season has been pretty good. The no portal constraint is working out alright. I'm guessing from the stuff I read about Harmon working with younger people and being more open to their ideas for providing more continuity and such that later this season the whole no portal thing gets solved.

@ham this thread needs updating. It also reminds me of our other leagues. I miss the auction league and the PPR was a nice change of pace.

This is 100% it, its feeling like you were there and mattered, like you belong to something greater than you... Only human, we have been doing it since the beginning of time, we just found all these weird ways to go about it.

Still an illusion though. Its very much a one way relationship... but somehow a lot of people enjoy feeling that much closer to those they are following. The watchers get a sense of a relationship with the ones they are watching. The ones being watched only see this mass of people that follow...

Its the evolution of relativity TV in some aspects, right? A whole lot more interactive and what not. Makes perfect sense in modern society. You never ever cared about these people... but for those so invested in their streams... this is world shattering stuff going on. Its not any more sad...
