Hell yes, Lunaris owns Lira in stats, destroys her in BB damage and has a fantastic buff on her SBB ( cures all debuffs and makes your team immune to debuffs for 3 turns ). Lira is only good for arena teams really.

Bypass defense leader skill is a lot better, with the time it takes to charge dilma or lava you only get one use per run anyway. You want melchio or gx to lead if you have them. Don't even need to be leveled (though you should anyway, those guys are awesome)
