Yes, once in the combat tracker they just have to click the little die on the INIT tracker. Near the neg 1 in your example, can also make hotbuttons F1 through whatever. Save with manually rolling saves etc. You can also toggle the ability to roll just the monsters or everyone in the tracker.

I would base your decision on your group, as. a DM if you are constantly having to correct your players then go 5th edition. If you can trust your players and know they will do their homework between games then go pathfinder.

Looks good, also FG forums have a ton of player made map packs for the various missing maps. If you want it to be harder put the goblins on the high terrain, it will either split the party or some can escape.
