Read The Carpet Makers on earlier suggestion. I loved it. nice to see a scifi story not blasting you in the face with it's scifi-ness or super heroic infallible good characters. I liked that they told a story with new characters most chapters. very cool.

Back in the day, we played EPIC, (titan legions and SPACE MARINE era). We knew a guy who cast lead minis (or peuter sp?). we played the ever living shit out of massive epic games. that was even back before the prices were (as) absurd.

the arcanist skill ranks are different than one another so you use both. I don't like de-leveling as a summoner just because the class changes so much at higher level, with getting more aoe's, an fester being awesome.
