That doesn't make sense if you start fine with a different battery (car). The clicking is the relay solenoid working but the battery lacks enough voltage to run the starter itself. What voltage does the battery read when hitting the starter?

That's a simple one, get a new battery. And get a tender and plug it in.

As Sludig has said, the AC/10s are really bad from a min/max perspective. You can nearly run two AC/5s and do 90 damage instead of 60. 10s are still terrifying from an rng to the cockpit of an unbraced mech standpoint, but that's really it.

I failed that mission at least 3 times. I think you can physically block the entrances as a backup plan.
