I was thinking that as well. I assume he has all this mostly done, and is basically selling pre game access for quick cash...but no idea why he set the goal so high. (Ego maybe? Did he not see what happened to Brad?)

Not a bad episode...nice change. They really painted themselves in a corner way back when River Song "Used" up her remaining regens to save Matt Smith (Ep. Let's kill Hitler I believe)...meaning that Alex Kingston must always play her. Otherwise they could have dragged out the storyline...
