MSQ roulette, alliance raid roulette, and leveling roulette give the most daily xp. Normal raid is garbage for xp, don’t even bother for xp purposes.

Lots of people forget to talk to him after you do the role quest handin. You can go back to him later when you level other jobs to get the gear as well once you finish the role quests for them, or straight up get the gear if your second job is part of the same role quest.

Skipping stuff from prior xpac probably impacts your leveling ability. There are a fuckton of high xp roulettes that aren’t unlocked until you open up enough content (alliance raid roulette being the biggest non-MSQ standout), as well as various trials and dungeons that aren’t MSQ related.

For some reason, if a server has a queue, it doesn't allow new character creation. Problem is every server has a queue, even if tiny (ie, less than 30). Not sure if they have made public comment on it yet?
