I like Kibler's idea to attack a combo deck's card draw. It's a very Magicky analysis but it is a strategy that has been very effective in curbing problem decks in that game. Just breaking it apart by wrecking Warsong Command or Grim Patron is lazy.

There are like five tiers of augments that you can buy for weapons if you are anything other than a pure caster. There is a straight dmg proc, a dot proc, a heal proc, and a heal over time proc. They are not great.

Everything the townspeople "invented" were powered by batteries. They were sending people out to all the nearby cities to buy more batteries. Batteries are a big part of the narrative both literally and symbolically but you can convert AC to DC which is kind of a big problem.
