I know what he's saying, it's a strat I theory crafted on release but we could never get it down and make it work in practice. We tried over and over and everytime the enemy force would just spread out and tear up our center force. Vicious implosion just isn't able to pull together the enemy...

and why do you use revenants for that? we use skullknights.

Problem with vicious implosion is that the range isn't that far. You can melt the core of the enemy raid and then the rest can destroy you. Plus imprisons stop any concerted effort to stack.

M&B really only excels with horse combat IMO, so a viking theme doesn't make much sense to me.

Any vids of these 50v50 encounters with healers and revenants? We tried hard to make PBAE charges work in the game but never found them that satisfactory. You'd push in and because there aren't much PBAE defensive or healing abilities it just allowed the enemy to spread out and annihilate you.

Everytime I go back to this game I'm amazed at how much time I have to spend managing inventory. Game would be so much better if there was an easy way to loot items directly to a bag of holding.
