Dragon Age: Inquisition (Plot Details in Spoilers!)

What? When I played (beta and first couple months or so of release) gold difficulty could be done quickly and efficiently with basic weapons and no special group setup. The packs you could buy were generally uneconomical too, they were priced way too high to be considered an option. And...

Yeah I'd wait until people see MP before buying the game for MP.

Because they're going to sell you a $5 dog pack. I'd never take the dog over another companion, but it's shit like that that makes me glad I'm waiting to play this for a few months so I can play the full game and not half of it.

Science!! Fucking magnets, how do they work?

They do that at the Spring's Preserve in Vegas: The Spring's Preserve is a pseudo-tourist attraction designed to educate people on how to reduce their waste/consumption. I don't know what the cost/payoff numbers are for their parking lot, but I do feel like with the continuously decreasing...

Dragon Age: Inquisition (Plot Details in Spoilers!)

Which is annoying because I believe Bethesda made tons of sales from Skyrim/Fallout3 DLC. It's just their DLC is actually valuable content that can't be made by interns. Meanwhile all the bullshit small-time microtransaction DLC they shit out for other games would just be background noise amidst...

It's hard to keep the respect I have for Trion after this. Either they're lying and knew it was a quick way to turn USD into thunderstruck trees or they're incompetent. If they're incompetent, they should've removed them when people realized the rates at which they generated wealth.

It really wasn't. There was very little good to say about DA2.

Dragon Age: Inquisition (Plot Details in Spoilers!)

Yeah I think they're completely against marketing it as a trilogy from what I've seen. Even from DAO they wanted to create a new RPG franchise that had an indefinite number of games where each one was only loosely coupled to prior ones.

Feudal Japan is such an obvious choice, I hope when they do it they spend more than a year to make it.

That review actually sounds pretty positive. I generally hate urban environments haha. 45 hours if you're semi-rushing on a first playthrough is a respectable playtime. If after 45 hours the combat is only a bit repetitive it must be decent.

Star Citizen Online - The search for more money

On the flip side, if they released a game you could get just earn ships in by playing the game, they wouldn't have the millions of dollars they have now from fools paying thousands of USD to do the next best thing to playing the flight sim they're dreaming about.

One thing that would make fishing better is if the fishing only supported X number of people. that way you won't see 20 fishing boats and 80 people all piling into the same fishing hole (which not only makes it super laggy but also makes it hard to pirate the fish). Would also be good if they...

I feel like if you're going to do non-atmospheric based space flight you need to go all the way and stop creating ship models that look like scifi renditions of atmospheric-based crafts. Personally I don't really care either way as long as there's good gameplay and the system feels...

Star Citizen Online - The search for more money

Unless they have some retarded mistakes they made in the engine I feel like they'll nail the flight aspect. But if the community still hates the flight mechanics and they say, "The flight is good, let me write several paragraphs explaining why." then it's a huge problem and this game will fail...

I'm also not seeing the typical noises about how much content they're generating. I really hope in 2014 they don't learn the "Content is King" lesson all over: Content Is King by Bill Gates If you have a large expansive space world to explore, it has to actually be large and expansive. And...

Problem is that even with a game like the Witcher series when you play it again you see the questing system and dialog options for what they are, a static entity. Thinking Star Citizen is going to create rich dialog that makes the hassle of running around a station worth it is just smoking hopium.

As someone who got a Tstruck right before auroria and didn't sell it because they assumed it'd go up in price I don't mind the drop in its value too much. If you look at farms it's 50% cedar/pine so something should change. I do need a new cash crop though, not sure cedar will cut it. I'm...

I wouldn't classify the randomization in rogue as good. If we're talking about a game like Star Citizen or Skyrim that people want to play a lot of, even well randomized games like Minecraft's level generation won't offer meaningful content for people after the first few weeks. Games like...
