I noticed they nerfed the freebie catchup gear to 425 instead of 430, I guess even the Dev's realized giving Heroic Ilvl gear for running around looting shit off the ground was a little to absurd even for them.

I mean it's a mix, I mean even on the private server we are playing on being crowded the only quests that are really a pain are when you need to kill 1 named mob. You could always skip those and do a mix of grinding and questing.
