CPR / First Aid Online Certification

I would definitely not feel secure performing first aid / cpr on someone from just watching a video. And I'd feel doubly insecure about it being performed on me. It's one thing if you just need a cert and don't really care about knowing the information, just when someone is fucked up don't...

Cool episode (last week's, just got around to watching it). When he got to the 'here's one possibility of what's going on inside a black hole': Is there enough evidence to throw that theory out there like he did? It seems like the kind of thing we'll laugh at in 50-100 years when we look...

Yeah that's one thing I noticed in both Grahtwood and GReenshade is the areas are so non-linear you can easily move in the wrong direction. I've had to jump to different parts of the map because I messed up the direction several times, but I guess that's normal and is probably just me not paying...

Am I an ass or is the following quote: Only saying that 765 people with matching SSN voted twice, not 35000? And that the 35000 did not having matching SSN?

Just FYI in the many hours I've PVP'd so far I haven't spent any time in the Dawnbreaker campaign. I don't think any of us have PVP'd there since the first few hours of the 5 day early access. Khalid, I love healing in PvP but when I saw the healing in TESO I didn't even consider trying to...

What's the strong point of using a melee sorc? It seems all the skills for a sorc are ranged. With a whole bunch of my points in mana and using the lightning ultimate (boosts my staff auto attack, I switch to it when I'm LOM) I don't have any mana problems. I only use stam for sprint and I...

I've heard that synthetic THC is has much less efficacy than natural marijuana due to the high volume and variation of chemicals in marijuana that can't be supplanted with just THC. Might just be more bro-science though. Why Marinol Is Not As Good As Real Marijuana | The Weed Blog

So about that no such thing as voter fraud?

So if there's a Tuco Ramirez born in 1956 and he votes in North Carolina, and I vote in any other state, that would be entered in those 35,750 right? 4.5 million people voted in NC. 130 million voted in US total. So how many of those 4.5 million voters in NC have someone else that voted...

The lorebooks and the skyshards are a cool idea but they're too well hidden. Chests and independent high-value low-time resources should be hidden well. Heh that's kind of a silly bet. The servers coming down or staying up at release is a fairly poor indicator of success or quality. My server in WoW was down more than 50% of the first 24 hours of launch.

Sounds like revisionist history to me. The general sentiment was surprise it worked that well, but apprehension that release was yet to be seen. But yeah, the 5 day early access and even the 3 day early access was the smoothest first day launch I've played in.
