Good pharahs own upper tier as well, but really good snipers/hitscan players seem to keep Pharah well under control unless the Pharah's team is running massive disruption on the ground.

Pharah absolutely DESTROYS lower tiers if the player has any skill in that hero.

Best mounts looks wise seem to be the Shaman one and the monk one. Priest one isn't bad, either.
