Was grumpy when i finally got my rate and the best I could get was 3.875 (up from the 3.25 it was estimated at when I signed the contract) in 2022. No longer grumpy when I heard rates went to 5%+ the week after I locked in.

I didn’t realize the mud commands were a thing, but that well you found is used in one of the early shaman quests. Took me forever to figure it out since I was expecting to just interact with a spawn. Had to look near the well, inspect the well, and then /take the item from the well to get it.
