From an MMO design perspective (if such things interest you) there was a very detailed write up on the design flaws of the game. A lot of it has been touched upon here, but there was a reddit thread a few days ago with some very insightful analysis.
Reddit - Whatever happened to Wildstar...
Well as far as the state of the World. Its quite ripe for the Earth Kingdom to get all expansionist. The Air Nomads are in their infancy and are more focused on rebuilding their society. The Water Tribes just had a Civil War, and who knows about the Fire Nation?
The past seasons have...
I am really interested in where they take the plot. I like that the entire Korra series has been about proving that the Avatar is not invincible, and doesn't necessarily tip the tide in any ones favor. I am guessing the Earth Kingdom is going to rise up... for some reason.
I got around to watching this. I really like the show's aesthetic. And as I am no purist, I admire reinterpretation of origin stories for the various villains. I am assuming the Orphan girl has to be Selena Kyle?
In regards to that other comment. Was Toph in that trailer and I'm just retarded? I watched it twice and didn't recognize her. I'd figure she'd be all old and shit by now.
I have my kegs pressurized and the C02 system working. I made a heavy IPA and a hibiscus infused IPA... which does make it smell a bit weird. But looks cool and blood red like wine. I am debating on whether I want to buy all the pieces and put a kegerator together or just buy one of the complete...
So I went to do my win 5 games as a Mage quest and proceeded to lose ~20 games in a fucking row. I didn't draw a flamestrike in 20 fucking games. I had to check the decklist to make sure I had it in there. FML.
Nora's mom is the worst character. She just needs to fucking die.
Also, at this point why did the two teenagers in the convenience store not realize the girl in the back was infected? I would think at this stage any regular person could identify someone was infected (or at least figure out...
Got to rank 7 this morning playing the OTK Priest. Shade/Stalagg/Feugen/lots of healing shit make this deck a lot of fun. But I am not as good with it as the regular control priest and I don't like not having SW:P. A turn 2 or 3 shade is effectively unkillable and if you get to turn 7 with it...
After a lot of experimenting. I've found that I am most successful at climbing the ladder when I play Priest. Priest has such strong decks that can stand up reliably to a variety of other decks.
After the Hunter takes the cake, Priest is only going to be stronger.
And the Longsuit is in the Queue. I timed my order incorrectly and will now need this for the colder months. Le sigh. 9 weeks and counting. But October 14 the parachute arrives. So that's awesome. Kegineering a kegerator for my homebrew concoctions too.
God damn it all I hate playing against AIDS Freeze Mages. I had complete board control pretty much the whole game and had the idiot at 5 hp. ICE BLOCK, ICE BLOCK, FROST NOVA, ALEXSTRAEZA, FROST NOVA. FIREBALLS.
Ran into like 4 of them in a row.
The more I think about it. The more I believe that Zaheer was/is a god damn A++ character. Seriously, he was written impressively. One of the only characters that I continually think about.
I go to San Marcos pretty much exclusively. I go to Spaceland in Houston once a month or so. I am currently on a hiatus until mid October when my new shit is ready. If you want to carpool up I live on Parmer/Metric Blvd area. The go to site to hunt around for gear isDropzone.comor the facebook...
I just went on a small holiday to San Francisco/Santa Cruz area where I used to live. This place opened up and I was quite pleased with it.
Very small operation. They do not distribute even to the local area. Superb locale. But I'm a fan of HWY1 and this particular stretch as I lived here for...
This just came in! If you were ever curious what a $550 jumpsuit looks like! Pardon the idiotic bathroom selfie, I was excited. This one is a shorty style suit for hotter climates. Courtesy of Vertical Suits. Now I need a longsuit and a wingsuit...
You're cleared for AFF solo. But you're probably 6 coach jumps and 7 solos away from an A license. Which has a hard req of 25 jumps.
Honestly go for the low hanging fruit. I first bought an alti, a jumpsuit, helmet, etc while hunting for a rig. Buy used. Seriously. First rigs can be had for...
This kind of thing was always crazy to me. I, for some reason or another, have always had really good tendencies with money and spend well below my means, saving/investing 40% of my income every year since I was 18. It was strange to read Mr. Money Mustache as I wanted to improve my finances but...
Container options are mainly for coolness and comfort. Stainless steel hardware over Cadmium (negligible difference one is just shinier), embroidered initials on the lapel, foam padding sewn in for comfort. Colors on certain pieces. Only life saving option is the RSL (Reserve Static Line Boost)...
A lot goes into a modern sport parachute system (rig). Here's the breakdown if you're actually interested about all of the components. Keep in mind this gear retains value insanely well. You can easily get 75% of the initial value selling a rig you've used for 6 years. I sold my old rig with a...
Fet is an awesome character. When the he was all, "That's the spirit Doctor!" Referring to shooting him if he gets bit. I like it. The show is coming around now that the hordes are appearing.
So I just ordered this bad boy:
Yes that is just a modeler, but they're making it!
An entirely new, custom container with a smaller, faster canopy and all around badassedness. In addition to a new Freefly suit I expect to get next month. Next is the BASE rig and a Wingsuit.
