Texans wont have a shot at drafting Mariota. Jets, Titans, and Rams are all likely going to finish with a worse record than the Texans and also have a need at QB. Texans might have a shot at Jameis, but I don't think Bob McNair will sign off on drafting that shithead.

Most waiver systems go in the order of worst record to best record for your league week to week.. If you stake a claim for a player while they have a W next to their name, the team that has the best waiver wire position will get the player. You will then get put at the bottom of the waiver wire...
